Louderback Fiddlebackers originated in 1979, it's second annual rendezvous was at the final location in 1980 off hooker creek road. The founder, Bill Louderback is shown below.

General Information about Rondezvous

Rendezvous (in trapper jargon) was an annual gathering held by a fur trading company at which trappers and mountain men sold their furs and hides and replenished their stocks. Rendezvous were known to be lively, joyous places, whereto all were allowed- free trappers, Indians, native trapper wives and children, travelers and later on, even tourists who would venture from even as far as Europe to observe the festivities.
